How do dehumidifiers work?
Dehumidifiers extract air and take it through a heat exchanger, where it is heated and vapour is cooled and condensed into water. The resulting water is directed into drainage duct.

What can I do if my dehumidifier is making a loud noise when running?
First, make sure the unit is placed on firm, flat ground. Second, please check the filter mesh. If it’s clogged up with particles, remove the mesh and clean it. If your unit is still producing noise, please contact us, visit our Contact Page.

Ensure you have drained all the water from the unit, and confirm the tube is well drained. Note that the units are not built to be stored outside, therefore should not be left outside in extreme temperatures and rain.
